announce the availability of the Draft
Supplemental Watershed Plan No. 1 and
Environmental Assessment (Plan-EA). The Plan-
EA preferred alternative proposes improvements
to the Daniel Irrigation System in Daniel, Wasatch
County, Utah. The Project would improve system
pressure and water delivery efficiencies
benefiting crop production on 990 acres of land.
An evaluation of potential project alternatives and
associated environmental impacts have been
documented in the form of a Draft Plan-EA.
NRCS (lead federal agency) and the local
sponsoring organizations (Wasatch County and
Utah Department of Agriculture and Food), will
hold a public open house to provide information
about the proposed Project and Draft Plan-EA
analysis, and to collect comments on the Draft
Plan-EA."
